New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Juniper Windows Woodland Hills pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.

Meet the Woodland Hills Team Behind Juniper Windows Woodland Hills
Most window companies send whoever’s available. We don’t work that way. The crew that shows up at your door in Woodland Hills is the same crew that measured your openings, ordered your glass, and will stand behind the install for a full year after. Four people, all background-checked, all uniformed, all on a first-name basis with the neighborhoods they serve. Between us we’ve handled everything from 1960s Trousdale sliders to new-construction casements up Mulholland. We’re not a rotating cast. We’re your installers.
Our People
Sean Mackey, Owner & Lead Installer
Sean has been setting windows since the early 2000s, and he’s still the one who walks the job before any quote goes out. He’s a glazing nerd in the best way, someone who can talk about low-E coatings (the microscopic metallic layer that bounces heat back outside) for twenty minutes if you let him. He won’t unless you ask. His specialty is retrofit work in older Woodland Hills homes where nothing is square, plumb, or cooperative. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s usually arguing with his smoker about brisket temperature. He loses that argument about half the time.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus has been on the tools for over a decade, the last six of them with Juniper. He’s our go-to for impact-rated glass (built to resist wind-borne debris without shattering), the kind of install where the difference between a sealed opening and a warranty claim is a quarter-inch of shim. Marcus is the guy who taps a frame into place twice when most installers would still be reaching for the level. He grew up in the Valley, knows every shortcut between Calabasas and Canoga Park, and famously brings the same lunch to every job site: two peanut butter sandwiches and a thermos of coffee. Nobody’s ever seen him drink water.
Elena R., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone when you call to ask about pricing, scheduling, or whether a specific PGT line is available. She’s been coordinating installs for seven years and keeps the entire calendar, the permit paperwork, and the brand’s written-quote promise in her head simultaneously. If a delivery runs late or a glass order arrives with the wrong glazing pocket (the channel that holds the insulated unit in the frame), Elena knows before the driver leaves the warehouse. She’s fluent in Spanish, which has saved more than one install schedule on jobs where the homeowner’s parents drop by to inspect the work. Outside of Juniper, she restores mid-century furniture and has strong opinions about the right way to strip veneer.
Devon P., Apprentice Installer
Devon is the newest member of the crew, a year into his apprenticeship under Sean and Marcus. He came to Juniper after working residential framing, so he already understands how a rough opening behaves before anyone thinks about putting glass in it. His specialty right now is weatherstripping, which sounds small but is where drafty window complaints actually live. Devon’s the one who asks why something works the way it does, which makes him a better installer every month. He commutes from Winnetka on a motorcycle that’s reliable about half the year, and he keeps a tire gauge in his tool belt for reasons nobody has fully explained.
One Standard, Every Job
The four of us operate under a rule that doesn’t change based on the size of the project. Every job gets a written price before anything starts. Every install is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which covers parts and labor, in writing, for a full year after the work is done. And every customer gets The Relay Standard: book in a tap, a live arrival time you can track, before-and-after photos of the work, a written price, and a digital invoice. It’s the same standard Sean set when he started with this crew, and it’s the same one Devon learns on his first day. Consistency isn’t a buzzword. It’s the schedule, the quote, and the follow-up, every time.
